its a nice little rambler with a large basement to house some wonders such as a forge (with the exhaust piped to an energy collection turbine[fancy pants terms for it runs a generator]) and other weapon smithing and metal working equipment, for making unique weapons for work. Also in the basement is chemistry tools such as calcinator alemblic retort and the such. and the roof plants that make poisonous chemicals for work
